KOMA RENT s.r.o. was established in September 15, 2003 by entrance in commercial register, setting aside from  KOMA spol. s.r.o., Říčanská 1180, 763 12 Vizovice (nowadays KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION s.r.o.), which was in 1994 the first company in Czech Republic to start leasing individual residential, sanitary and storage containers, together with whole buildings.
